An 8-Week 1:1 Journey Back Home to You
There was a time when I didn’t feel safe in my body, trapped in cycles of survival, chasing healing, but still feeling disconnected. Through my own deep initiation into energy work, spiritual embodiment, and years of working with the subtle body, I came to one powerful truth:
When a person feels safe in their body, everything changes. They soften. They open. They lead. They receive. And their whole world shifts.
This path was born from my own reclamation a journey of re-learning safety, reconnecting to my body, healing the subconscious, and reawakening the life force within me. And now, I’m here to walk this path with you.
The Remembrance Path
The Remembrance Path is an 8-week journey for men and women who are ready to break free from the limitations that have kept them stuck in cycles of pain, fear, and self-doubt. It is for those who feel like they’ve tried everything yet still return to the same patterns, because the deeper root has never been addressed.
This path is for those who want to feel safe in their body, free in their mind, and alive in their spirit. It is for those who want to reclaim their vitality, step into their own authority, and remember who they truly are.
Who’s this for?
It is for the person who:
Has tried different forms of healing, self-help, or diets but still finds themselves looping back into old habits.
Struggles with low self-worth and confidence, believing they are not enough or doubting their ability to create the life they truly desire.
Feels anxious, depressed, or burnt out from constantly being “switched on” and never truly at rest.
Holds onto trauma or unprocessed emotions that continue to influence daily life and relationships.
Battles with emotional eating, unhealthy coping strategies, or frustration around not losing weight despite trying everything.
Experiences money blocks, scarcity thinking, or inherited family beliefs that create limitation.
Finds themselves suppressing emotions, leading to disconnection, heaviness, or even depression.
Self-sabotages—getting close to what they want, only to unconsciously block it or push it away.
Feels cut off from their creativity, passion, or natural vitality, living in survival rather than thriving.
The problems
Many people live under the weight of conditioning and old patterns that were never theirs to begin with—expectations of parents, the pressures of society, or the traumas they’ve carried silently for years. This shows up in countless ways, such as:
Lack of self-worth and confidence: Saying yes when they want to say no, hiding their true voice, or constantly comparing themselves to others.
Self-sabotage: Starting to make progress in a relationship, career, or health goal, only to pull back, procrastinate, or give up right before the breakthrough.
Mental and emotional struggles: Lying awake at night with racing thoughts, snapping at loved ones, or feeling too drained to enjoy life.
Suppressed emotions: Putting on a smile while inside they feel heavy, pretending everything is fine, or shutting down when emotions rise.
Weight and health challenges: Trying diet after diet or intense workouts, yet nothing shifts because the body is holding onto unprocessed trauma and stress.
Unhealthy coping patterns: Reaching for food, alcohol, scrolling, or distractions whenever discomfort or emptiness arises.
Money blocks and scarcity: Avoiding looking at bank accounts, feeling guilty for spending, or believing they’ll never have enough no matter how hard they work.
Disconnection from life force energy: Waking up without motivation, feeling uninspired in their work, or disconnected from passion and purpose.
The Problems we face & why nervous system is an important role.
Many of these struggles stem from conditioning—societal pressures, family expectations, and projections that shaped who we thought we had to be. When emotions are suppressed, they don’t disappear; they get stored in the body and can manifest as anxiety, depression, burnout, or physical imbalance. Trauma left unresolved impacts the nervous system, keeping people stuck in patterns of fight, flight, freeze, or fawn. This makes it hard to feel safe, to rest, or to move forward with clarity.
Even weight and health challenges often have deeper roots. The body can hold onto trauma, stress, and emotional pain, affecting hormones, digestion, and metabolism. Until these roots are addressed, no diet or fitness routine will create lasting change. Suppression causes stagnation—and true freedom requires release.
Many turn to quick fixes—temporary solutions that might bring short-term relief but never create lasting transformation. The reason is that they don’t go deep enough. They don’t address the subconscious mind, the body’s memory, or the nervous system. Without integration, the shifts can’t truly land.
The role of the nervous system
The nervous system is at the core of everything we experience—it governs how we feel, think, and respond to life. When the nervous system is dysregulated from trauma, stress, or conditioning, the body stays stuck in survival states: fight, flight, freeze, or fawn.
This can look like:
Chronic anxiety or overthinking.
Shutting down emotionally or feeling numb.
People-pleasing, overextending, or abandoning oneself.
Feeling unsafe to take action, speak truth, or step forward.
When the nervous system is regulated, the body feels safe. From this place of safety, the mind becomes clearer, the body begins to heal, and energy can flow freely. Regulation allows for better digestion, deeper rest, hormonal balance, emotional resilience, and an openness to new possibilities. It is the foundation for lasting transformation.
This programme helps you to regulate and rewire—shifting out of old survival responses and into a place of grounded empowerment, presence, and freedom.
How Kundalini helps..
Kundalini is the raw life force energy that lives within each of us. When activated, it flows through the body, clearing blockages, releasing stored trauma, and reconnecting us to our vitality and truth.
Within this programme, Kundalini Activation sessions help you to:
Release suppressed emotions and stagnant energy stored in the body.
Heal layers of trauma and create space for freedom and expansion.
Awaken inner vitality, creativity, and motivation.
Support the nervous system in moving from survival states into deep presence and calm.
Expand consciousness, shifting old patterns and reconnecting you to your authentic self.
Strengthen your connection to intuition and inner guidance.
Kundalini goes beyond the mind. It reaches the places talking alone cannot touch, bringing transformation at the deepest level. When combined with subconscious rewiring, mindset coaching, and inner child healing, this energy doesn’t just open—it anchors into your life, creating sustainable change.
